Joints that have lost their proper alignment
and position are unstable. Under those circumstances any motion, let alone
repetitive motion, is injurious. It’s just a matter of how
fast the musculoskeletal system breaks down. An ‘accident’ and
injury will happen. The remedy is to stabilize the joints through
proper muscle function, not surgically sedate or reconfigure them.
To correct these problems neither strength building nor stretching
is required, but rather you must include in your fitness and daily
regimen proper and sufficient muscular function and realignment stimulus
designed to take the structural dysfunctions out of the musculo-skeletal
system.

and restoring your body back to its original alignment, posture,
and function, you will regain the biomechanical foundation needed
for stable, healthy movement and healing.
